Abstract:
A current calibration method for an electromagnetic valve. The method comprises: loading an initial starting current to an electromagnetic valve; acquiring the movement range of an actuating mechanism controlled by the electromagnetic valve; determining whether the movement range reaches a range threshold value the first time; if the movement range reaches the range threshold value the first time, then subtracting a preset step length from the initial starting current to update a starting current, and loading the updated starting current to the electromagnetic valve, so as to redetermine whether the movement range reaches the range threshold value; if it is redetermined that the movement range reaches the range threshold value, then subtracting a determined step length from the updated starting current to re-update the starting current, and loading the re-updated starting current to the electromagnetic valve, so as to redetermine whether the movement range reaches the range threshold value; and when the movement range reaches the range threshold value and the currently determined step length is less than a step length threshold value, determining the present starting current to be a minimum current calibration value. Therefore, the speed and the precision of current calibration are improved. Further disclosed are a processor for executing the current calibration method, a machine-readable storage medium, a current calibration apparatus for an electromagnetic valve, and engineering machinery comprising the current calibration apparatus.
