Abstract:
A control unit 15 and semiconductor switches 20, 30 provided to a power supply system 1 function as a current control device. The source of the semiconductor switch 20 is connected to the source of the semiconductor switch 30. The two semiconductor switches 20, 30 connect the positive electrodes of a first power storage device 11 and a second power storage device 13. The control unit 15 turns the two semiconductor switches 20, 30 on or off substantially simultaneously, thereby controlling the current flowing between the drains of the two semiconductor switches 20, 30. The withstand voltages between the drain and the source of the two semiconductor switches 20, 30 differ from each other.
