Abstract:
According to the present invention, in one of two detection units that are provided adjacently in a first direction (X-axis direction), a magnetic sensor is disposed on one side of a conductor path in a second direction (Z-axis direction), and a magnetic shield is disposed so as to open toward one side in the second direction. In the other one of the two adjacent detection units provided adjacently in the first direction, a magnetic sensor is disposed on the other side of the conductor path in the second direction, and a magnetic shield is disposed so as to open toward the other side in the second direction.
