Abstract:
This current waveform generation circuit comprises: a current mirror unit (CMa) including a mirror source transistor (Tr0) which is a current mirror source, and a plurality of mirror destination transistors (Tr1 to Tr8 ...), which are current mirror destinations of the mirror source transistor (Tr0) while being electrically connected to a current mirror path; a switching unit (SWa) which changes the number of transistors, which are effective as mirror destination transistors electrically connected to the current mirror path, among the plurality of mirror destination transistors (Tr1 to Tr8 ...); and a control unit which controls, on the basis of the waveform shape of a current waveform to be generated, the number of transistors that are effective as mirror destination transistors electrically connected by the switching unit (SWa), wherein the output current of the current mirror unit (CMa) is output.
