Abstract:
The present invention discloses a cursor moving method and system allowing for convenient positioning, with application to a smart terminal, the smart terminal comprising at least an acceleration sensor, the method comprising: receiving, when the smart terminal is in a text editing mode, an acceleration generated by a user shaking the smart terminal and acquired by the acceleration sensor; determining, according to the direction and size of the acceleration, whether a preset cursor movement rule is met; and if yes, moving a cursor according to the cursor movement rule in correspondence to the direction and size of the acceleration. With the present invention, a user only needs to shake a smart terminal, and the acceleration thus generated is received by an acceleration sensor in the smart terminal, and the cursor is moved according to a cursor movement rule corresponding to the direction and size of the acceleration, such that the cursor is moved to a corresponding position in a text, realizing more convenient cursor positioning without additional hardware costs.
