Abstract:
A touch substrate, and a manufacturing method and a driving method therefor, and a touch display device. The touch substrate comprises: a base substrate (111), and a pressure sensor (10) disposed on the base substrate (111). The pressure sensor (10) comprises at least one pressure sensing unit (100); the pressure sensing unit (100) comprises a plurality of extension parts (101) extending in a first direction (X) and at least one connection part (102) connecting the plurality of extension parts (101) in sequence. The touch substrate can increase an impedance change caused by pressure, so that a detecting chip can detect the pressure change.
