This curtain wall dual outer cover window and door system is characterized by comprising: a first frame installed at an open portion of a building, having a first window installed to be capable of opening and closing or fixedly installed, and forming an outer wall of the building; a second frame installed at the open portion of the building so as to maintain a distance from the first frame, having a second window installed to be capable of opening and closing or fixedly installed, and forming an inner wall of the building; a connecting and supporting portion installed between the first frame and the second frame so as to connect the first frame and the second frame while maintaining a certain distance therebetween; and a blind installed on the connecting and supporting portion, and blocking sunlight from entering indoors.
