Abstract:
The present application provides a customer classification method. The method comprises: acquiring a preset type of feature data of a target customer, and dividing the preset type of feature data into quantitative feature data and qualitative feature data; converting, according to a preset analysis rule, the quantitative feature data into qualitative feature data, and converting all of the qualitative feature data of the target customer into an attribute feature combination state array corresponding to the target customer; and inputting, into a trained analysis model, the attribute feature combination state array corresponding to the target customer, and determining, according to an analysis result, a customer class to which the target customer belongs. The present application further provides an electronic device and a storage medium. In the present application, the customer class to which a target customer belongs is accurately determined according to a preset type of feature data of the target customer.
