The present invention relates to a customised cosmetics manufacturing method and system. In particular, the present invention is for manufacturing different cosmetics depending on the type of micro-organisms included in skin of a target person. More specifically, the present invention matches beneficial bacteria depending on the type of micro-organisms included in the skin of a target person, selects raw materials for cosmetics to suit the beneficial bacteria and manufactures the cosmetic using same, and thereby has the effects of being able to accurately determine a skin condition of the target person and as a result manufacture more fundamentally personalised cosmetics.
