Abstract:
Provided are a cutting tool holder, a cutting tool provided with the cutting tool holder, and a method for producing a machined object using the cutting tool. This cutting tool holder comprises: a top surface; a first side surface; a second side surface adjacent to the first side surface; a pocket which opens into the top surface, the first side surface, and the second side surface; a first portion which is located below the pocket and protrudes outward from the first side surface; and a flow path which has an inlet and an outlet. The first side surface has a first recessed portion. The flow path has a first outlet that serves as an outlet and opens into the first portion and a first flow path that extends toward the interior of the holder from the first outlet. The first outlet is located in the region of the first portion which corresponds to the first recessed portion.
