Abstract:
In the present invention, a single walk cycle restoration network 212 that enables gait authentication from a smaller number of walk images than the number of images for one cycle includes: a phase estimator 260 for estimating the phase 270 of a single walk image; an encoder 262 for extracting a phase-dependent feature 272 that is dependent on a phase from the single walk image; a feature converter 264 that, on the basis of the phase 270 estimated by the phase estimator 260, converts the phase-dependent feature 272 extracted by the encoder 262 to a phase-independent feature 274 that is independent from the phase; and a decoder 266 for restoring the walk image of each phase of one walking cycle on the basis of the phase independent feature 274 after conversion by the feature converter 264.
