Abstract:
Disclosed is a cycloid tooth profile general equation design method based on a tooth profile normal method. By means of introducing an equidistant modification amount, a shifting modification amount and a corner modification amount, a cycloid tooth profile general equation including tooth profile normal direction modification parameters, equidistant modification parameters, shifting modification parameters and corner modification parameters is derived. According to the tooth profile general equation proposed in the present invention, the requirements of existing modification modes are met, and a novel tooth profile design method for modification in the tooth profile normal direction can be achieved.
