In this cylinder oiling device (1), when a solenoid valve (8) provided partway along a branch tube (7) is opened, lubricating oil within a lubricating oil primary tube (2) of which the pressure has been adjusted by a relief valve unit (6) is led to the cylinder (31) of a primary oiling vessel (9) via the branch tube (7), a piston (32) and a plunger (33) provided within the oiling vessel (9) are pressed upward, and lubricating oil filling the interior the cylinder (34) housing the plunger (#3) is injected between the piston (22) and cylinder (21) of an internal combustion engine via an oiling tube (10) and a cylinder oiling opening (35) provided to the cylinder (21) of the internal combustion engine. The relief valve unit (6) comprises a hydraulic pathway that automatically changes the pressure of the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil primary tube (2) in a linear or stepwise fashion in accordance with the rotational frequency of the internal combustion engine in a manner so that, when the rotational frequency of the internal combustion engine is low, the pressure of the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil primary tube (2) is low, and when the rotational frequency of the internal combustion engine is high, the pressure of the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil primary tube (2) is high.
