Abstract:
A cylindrical workpiece (8) surface printing device, which comprises a worktable (1) for mounting other components, a positioning component set (2) for fixing a cylindrical workpiece (8) being mounted on an upper surface of the worktable (1), and further comprises a printing die plate (3) consisting of a metal frame (3a) and a printing screen (3b) fixed to the center of the metal frame (3a). The printing die plate (3) is mounted on a guide support frame (4) by means of a guide support structure (5) and can move in a front-back direction of the device; a printing scraper (6) is further mounted on the guide support frame (4); the lower end portion of the printing scraper (6) is opposite to the center of the positioning component set (2) and is attached to the printing screen (3b); and when the printing die plate (3) is pulled out, the cylindrical workpiece (8) rotates along with the movement of the printing die plate (3) under the action of friction, the printing scraper (6) performs smearing along the surface of the cylindrical workpiece (8), and a printing process of the surface of the cylindrical workpiece (8) is completed at one time in a pulling process.
