Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of organic photovoltaics, and in particular, to an A-D-D'-A asymmetric organic photovoltaic receptor material and an application thereof. Double electron donor (D-D') units of alkoxy indenothiophene and cyclopentadiene dithiophene are used for constructing a framework containing a non-covalent bond configuration lock together, and the tail end of the framework is modified by 3-(dicyanomethylene) indene-1-ketone substituted with fluorine and chlorine atoms. A receptor containing only a simple fused ring has many advantages such as a coplanar framework, a low-energy disorder degree, and a J-aggregation tendency; the optical band gap of such an asymmetric micromolecule receptor can be controlled and adjusted within a range of 1.30-1.45 eV; and the asymmetric micromolecule receptor can be combined with most of donor materials to construct an efficient bulk heterojunction binary organic solar cell (OSC). When the donor material is polymer PM6, the energy conversion efficiency of a binary OSCs device is as high as 13.67%, the open-circuit voltage is 0.85 eV, and Eloss is only 0.50 V.
