Abstract:

A 2−iminoimidazole derivative represented by the formula (I) or a salt thereof: (I) wherein R¹, R², and R³ each represents hydrogen, optionally substituted C₁₋₆ alkyl, etc.&semi R⁶ represents hydrogen, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₁₋₆ alkyloxycarbonyl, etc.&semi Y¹ represents a single bond, −CH₂−, etc.&semi Y² represents a single bond, −CO−, etc.&semi and Ar represents hydrogen, a group represented by the formula (II): (II) (wherein R¹⁰ to R¹⁴ each represents hydrogen, C₁₋₆ alkyl, hydroxy, C₁₋₆ alkoxy, etc., provided that R¹² may be bonded to R¹¹ or R¹³ to form a 5− to 8−membered heterocycle), etc.
