Abstract:
Provided is a system including: a CPU (111) which functions at a first terminal device (A) from among a plurality of terminal devices (100) capable of direct communication with each other, and also determines whether or not the traffic volume (b2, c2) of data received from second terminal devices (B, C) included in the plurality of terminal devices exceeds the traffic volume (a) that can be processed; and transmission units (143, 114) which send a portion of the data to the second terminal devices (B, C) at a predetermined traffic volume (br, cr) if the traffic volume (b2, c2) of the data received from the second terminal devices (B, C) exceeds the traffic volume (a) that can be processed. The communication load of the first terminal device (A) is thereby restricted.
