In order for each of a plurality of receiving terminals to relay delivery data to a receiving terminal of a delivery destination identified by a delivery tree representing a delivery order in which delivery data is to be distributed, this delivery device (100) is provided with: a configuration unit (102) that configures a delivery tree; a delivery unit (103) that sends the configured delivery tree to a plurality of receiving terminals, and distributes the delivery data according to the configured delivery tree; and a determination unit (101) that determines a first terminal among the plurality of receiving terminals, said first terminal being a receiving terminal that sends data to the delivery device (100). The configuration unit (102) reconfigures the delivery order of the delivery tree in such a manner as to reduce the number of receiving terminals serving as delivery destinations for the first terminal indicated by the delivery tree when the first terminal has been determined by the determination unit (101).
