A data processing method applied to an electronic unlocking system. The electronic unlocking system comprises an electronic lock (30) and an electronic key (10), the electronic lock (30) being in communication connection with the electronic key (10). The method comprises: the electronic key (10) acquiring at least one piece of feature data when an unlock operation is triggered, the at least one piece of feature data comprising data used for characterizing a user triggering the unlock operation (401); the electronic key (10) encrypting the at least one piece of feature data so as to obtain encrypted data (402); the electronic key (10) transmitting the encrypted data to the electronic lock (30) (403); and the encrypted data being decrypted by the electronic lock so as to obtain at least one piece of decrypted feature data (404). According to the data processing method, in the process of unlocking, only after decryption is firstly performed, and at least one piece of decrypted feature data is matched can an unlocking operation be performed, thereby improving the unlocking security of the electronic key (10).
