Abstract:
A data processing method, system and device, and a computer-readable storage medium, which relate to the technical field of data processing and are applied to artificial intelligence. In the method, blockchain technology is used to store complaint data in a complaint reporting system, and review process nodes and roles of the complaint data are set, thereby achieving the simultaneous supervision and review of multiple roles in a data processing system. On the basis of the method, the storage and supervision of complaint data and law enforcement data prevents the phenomenon in which data in an environmental protection complaint system is tampered with at will, and the use of blockchain technology to save data ensures the security of the data and the objectivity and fairness of the data. Moreover, endorsement rules in the blockchain set multiple roles to simultaneously supervise and authorize, which greatly improves the credibility of processing results and the processing efficiency and quality.
