The present invention makes it difficult to bring about a misleading deterioration diagnosis for a servo system (7). This data processing system comprises an acquisition unit (2), a first generation unit (3A), a second generation unit (3B), and a presentation unit (47). The acquisition unit (2) acquires at least one signal among a control signal of the servo system (7) and detection signals from a sensor (61). The first generation unit (3A) generates first data pertaining to three or more feature amounts from a prescribed area in the waveform of the signal. The second generation unit (3B) generates three or more pieces of second data respectively indicating the tendencies of change, over time, of the first data pertaining to three or more feature amounts. The presentation unit (47) compares the three or more pieces of second data, and when there is a specific piece of the second data showing a different tendency of change, executes specific processing pertaining to target data that is first data which is a cause of the different tendency of change, and presents the specific piece of the second data. The specific processing includes processing pertaining to at least one among non-presentation of the target data, correction of the target data, or notification pertaining to the target data.
