Abstract:
The present invention improves the accuracy of a deterioration diagnosis. A data processing system (1) of a servo system (7) includes an acquisition unit (2) and a generation unit (3). The acquisition unit (2) acquires, as an input value, at least one of a control value and a detection value. The generation unit (3) performs at least extraction processing on the input values acquired by the acquisition unit (2), and generates a diagnosis parameter. The diagnosis parameter is used in a deterioration diagnosis of at least one target (OB1) between a load (73) and a servo motor (72) in the servo system (7). The input values are values that change over time. In the extraction processing, the generation unit (3) extracts, from the input values, values of a certain time period as the diagnosis parameter.
