Abstract:
The present application provides a data reading method, a controller, and a storage system, which can improve the reliability of reading data, thereby reducing the delay of reading data. The method is applied to a controller connected to a first storage array. The method comprises: the controller acquires a time dimension parameter of a first storage area in the first storage array and a space dimension parameter of the first storage area, the time dimension parameter comprising at least one of a data retention time, read disturbance, and the number of erases, and the space dimension parameter of the first storage area being used for indicating the physical location of the first storage area in the first storage array; the controller predicts, by using a neural network, the gear of at least one read voltage of the first storage area on the basis of the time dimension parameter of the first storage area and the space dimension parameter of the first storage area; the controller reads data from the first storage area on the basis of the gear of the at least one read voltage.
