Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a switching power supply circuit and an electronic device. The switching power supply circuit comprises: a power transistor circuit comprising a plurality of power tubes coupled in series between a power supply end and a common ground, a first electrode of a first power tube among the plurality of power tubes being coupled to a power supply end by means of a second power tube among the plurality of power tubes, and a second electrode of the first power tube being coupled to the common ground by means of a third power tube among the plurality of power tubes; a driver circuit used for receiving a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal, generating a driving signal on the basis of the PWM signal to drive the second power tube and the third power tube, and keeping the gate of the first power tube at a preset voltage; a first transistor having a gate and a first electrode both coupled to the gate of the third power tube, and a second electrode coupled to the common ground by means of a first switch; and a control circuit used for receiving the PWM signal, generating a first control signal on the basis of the PWM signal to control the first switch. Therefore, the reliability of the switching power supply circuit can be improved.
