Abstract:
Provided by the present application are a data reading method and a retrieval device for a retrieval task, the method comprising: receiving a first retrieval task request, the first retrieval task request corresponding to a first retrieval start address and a first retrieval end address in a target data area; starting data reading for the first retrieval task on the basis of the first retrieval starting address; receiving a second retrieval task request in the process of data reading for the first retrieval task; acquiring an address of data which is about to be read by the first retrieval task after receiving the second retrieval task request; determining a second retrieval starting address of the second retrieval task in the target data area on the basis of the address of the data which is about to be read; starting data reading for the second retrieval task on the basis of the second retrieval starting address. Implementing the solution of the present application can reduce a waiting delay and improve the processing efficiency of a single retrieval task when multiple retrieval tasks are concurrent.
