Abstract:
A data routing method for data deduplication, comprising the following steps: (A) employing Min-Hash to evaluate a similarity level between two large data chunks; (B) dividing the data into blocks, and routing and distributing the same; (C) selecting a target data server; and (D) a client end employing an LRU buffer to realize early determination. The method of the present invention can significantly improve the system throughput, achieves load balancing of the system, and ensures superior data deduplication performance.
