Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and relates to a data transmission method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a first uplink scheduling grant (UL grant) in a random access process; and if the uplink resource indicated by the first UL grant and the uplink resource indicated by a second UL grant overlap in time domain, according to the levels of a first priority and of a second priority, and/or according to a trigger event in the random access process, selecting the first UL grant or the second UL grant for data transmission, wherein the first priority corresponds to the first UL grant, and the second priority corresponds to the second UL grant. The problem that the delay requirement of a service in an IIoT scenario cannot be satisfied when a terminal randomly selects a UL grant with a low priority for data transmission is avoided.
