Abstract:
An information processing method, a terminal device, and a network device. In one method, a first bit in downlink control information comprises 2 bits, the bit state of the first bit can belong to a first state set or be a second state, and a terminal device can use multi-TB scheduling or single-TB scheduling according to the first bit; when the bit state of the first bit belongs to the first state set, the first state set is {01, 10, 11}, N=4, and the downlink control information comprises a first field, the number L of TBs scheduled by the downlink control information can be determined according to the bit state of the first bit, and HARQ process numbers of the L TBs and information of the L TBs can be determined according to the bit states of 5 bits in the first field. Thus, downlink control information supports scheduling of any number of TBs among N TBs, and can indicate any HARQ process number and any NDI information for each TB scheduled, thereby improving the scheduling flexibility.
