Abstract:
The present application provides a data transmission method and an apparatus, which are capable of reducing transmission delay. The method may comprise: encrypting a BATS first outer code generator matrix on the basis of a first key to obtain a first outer code encrypted matrix; performing BATS outer code encoding on at least one first data block on the basis of the outer code generator matrix to obtain a first batch, the first batch comprising at least one first encoded block; and sending the at least one first encoded block and the first outer code encrypted matrix to a second terminal.
