Abstract:
Disclosed are a data transmission method and device; a UE measures a transmission time delay and then sends same to a GCS AS, or the GCS AS itself determines the transmission time delay; and the GCS AS can determine time of sending a data packet on a multicast path or a unicast path according to the transmission time delay. Thus, the problem of data packet disorder or loss caused by a transmission time delay in switching is solved, and the continuity of a communication service is maintained.
