Abstract:
Disclosed is a data writing method based on a three-dimensional flash memory, and the method comprises: creating multiple linked lists and determining a time standard for physical page quality on the basis of system default data (101); performing a data initialization operation on the multiple linked lists according to the time standard for physical page quality (102); determining a data attribute of data to be written (103); and writing the data to be written to a corresponding physical page on the basis of the data attribute, the multiple linked lists having the data initialization operation performed thereon, and a preset writing operation rule (104). The data writing method based on a three-dimensional flash memory and a device thereof can be used to solve the issue of unevenly distributed electrons caused by process variations of the three-dimensional flash memory, thus guaranteeing the integrity and reliability of data stored in the flash memory.
