Abstract:
Disclosed are a solid product for preparing a Hemerocallis citrina extract, and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: A) carrying out enzymatic hydrolysis on raw materials composed of Hemerocallis citrina, Cordyceps militaris and Panicum miliaceum by means of papain, so as to obtain an enzymolysis product, that is, a Hemerocallis citrina extract, then collecting solid components of the Hemerocallis citrina extract to obtain a Hemerocallis citrina nutrition dough; B) fermenting the Hemerocallis citrina nutrition dough by means of yeast to obtain a fermented Hemerocallis citrina nutrition dough; C) uniformly mixing the fermented Hemerocallis citrina nutrition dough with flour to prepare a Hemerocallis citrina nutrition rice dough; and D) sequentially proofing, forming, baking and cooling the Hemerocallis citrina nutrition rice dough to obtain the solid product of the Hemerocallis citrina extract. A Datong Hemerocallis citrina nutrition rice cake prepared by means of the method is a comprehensive and balanced nutrition functional food, which is rich in protein, dietary fiber and flavone, and low in fat.
