Abstract:
A switching control IC (11) comprises a circuit generating a triangular wave at a frequency dependent on a capacitor (Co) connected with its CT terminal and a resistor (Ro) connected with its RT terminal. A circuit (10) for inputting a pulse voltage signal, i.e. a sync signal, from the outside to the CT terminal is provided. Charging voltage of the capacitor (Co) at the CT terminal is varied forcibly by the sync signal and the frequency of the triangular wave is synchronized with that of the sync signal, thereby synchronizing the frequencies of a plurality of DC-DC converters.
