Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dECM extracted from a human lung tissue and a lung organoid construction method using same. Leading to the present invention, intensive and thorough research, conducted by the present inventors, into the construction of a lung organoid for implantation into human bodies by using type 2 pneumocytes, resulted in designing a method for preparing dECM from a lung tissue and constructing a lung organoid by co-culturing the prepared dECM and type 2 pneumocytes.
