Abstract:
A valve device comprises: a case having an open lower portion and a receiving space formed therein; a base plate covering the open lower portion of the case; an inlet pipe which is connected to the base plate and into which a refrigerant is introduced; a boss installed at the base plate and including a plurality of refrigerant introducing/discharging holes which the introduced refrigerant is introduced into or discharged from; a plurality of introducing/discharging pipes which are connected to the plurality of refrigerant introducing/discharging holes and which the introduced refrigerant is introduced into or discharged from; and a pad located above the boss and including an open cavity formed therein to selectively open one refrigerant introducing/discharging hole among the plurality of refrigerant introducing/discharging holes and a connection cavity formed therein to selectively connect two refrigerant introducing/discharging holes among the plurality of refrigerant introducing/discharging holes.
