Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a resin molded article capable of obtaining a metallic colored appearance presenting various color phases while suppressing the complication of processes and cost increase. [Solution] A resin molded article according to an aspect of the present invention is a decorative resin molded article that is formed from a single material and has a light-transmitting plate-shaped portion, provided with a first surface having a flat surface and a second surface on which a plurality of convex portions are formed, wherein a metallic colored appearance can be obtained when viewed from outside toward the first surface, characterized in that each of the convex portions are configured to be provided with a first inclined surface having micro concave/convex portions and a second inclined surface having flat surfaces, at least a portion of a light which enters from the first surface side is entirely reflected toward the flat surface side of the second inclined surface via the micro concave/convex portions of the first inclined surface and diffracted and caused to interfere, and a visible light having a predetermined wavelength is selectively reflected toward the first surface via the flat surfaces of the second inclined surface, thereby obtaining at least one color as well as the metallic color.
