The present invention relates to a decrosslinking apparatus for recycling polymer resin waste and a decrosslinking method using same. Specifically, the present invention relates to a decrosslinking apparatus and a decrosslinking method using same, wherein the decrosslinking apparatus can decrosslink waste including various types of to-be-recycled polymer resins having different degrees of crosslinking into recycled polymer resins having a uniformly low degree of crosslinking, and effectively remove odors generated by the decomposition of additives that occurs due to high temperature during the decrosslinking.
