Abstract:
A deep-sea mining mixed transportation lifting test system for simulating a deep-sea environment. The system comprises a control platform (1), a water mixing system (2), a water drawing system (3), a mineral water separation system (4), a material returning system (5), a lifting system (6) and a water supplementing system (7), wherein the water mixing system (2) is in communication with a bottom compartment (12), the water drawing system (3) and the water supplementing system (7); the other ends of the water drawing system (3) and the water supplementing system (7) are both in communication with the mineral water separation system (4); and the mineral water separation system (4) forms a circulation loop with the bottom compartment (12) by means of the material returning system (5) and the lifting system (6). The system respectively returns a mineral water mixture lifted by a lifting pump (18) and test water to the bottom compartment (12) and a water compartment (8), thereby ensuring water circulation and ore circulation in a test, and making testing more efficient and environmentally friendly; and rotational speeds of a water mixing electric motor (11) and a water drawing electric motor (15) are changed by means of the control platform (1), so that the aim of changing the concentration and flow rate of the mineral water mixture in the test process is achieved, and thus the test can more conveniently and quickly reflect the influence of the concentration and flow rate of the mineral water mixture on the lifting pump (18).
