Abstract:
A deer-derived marker peptide segment and a detection method therefor. By means of experiment screening, the ratio of relative contents of two deer-derived peptide segments is studied and determined, and a graph is drawn by using the proportion of a deer horn gelatin in a mixed gelatin as an abscissa and using a value of A peptide 1/A peptide 2 as an ordinate; the proportion of the deer horn gelatin is linear with A peptide 1/A peptide 2; a standard curve equation is established as y=4.7903x+0.4106, so as to distinguish a deer skin gelatin from the deer horn gelatin. The method is strong in specificity, high in sensitivity, and simple in operation, and can be used for distinguishing the deer skin gelatin from the deer horn gelatin, and controlling the quality. There is a defect that the deer horn gelatin and the deer skin gelatin are difficult to distinguish in appearance, and are also difficult to distinguish by using a specific peptide segment. Quality control of drugs, health care foods, healthy foods, and the like containing the deer skin gelatin or the deer horn gelatin has great significance.
