Abstract:

Provided is a dental curable composition that is suitable for a flowable composite resin, a cured product of said dental curable composition having a high mechanical strength, good polishing lubricity and good lubrication durability and a paste thereof having an appropriate consistency for ejection from a needle at the tip of a syringe and a good shaping workability and good operability after the ejection from the needle. The dental curable composition according to the present invention comprises a polymerizable monomer (A), amorphous inorganic particles (B) of an average particle size of 0.1-0.3 μm that have been surface-treated with a silane coupling agent having a specific structure, and ultrafine inorganic particles (C) of an average particle size of 5-50 nm that have been surface-treated with a silane coupling agent having a specific structure, wherein the contents of the amorphous inorganic particles (B) and the ultrafine inorganic particles (C) are respectively 92.5-98 wt% and 2-7.5 wt%, relative to the total amount of the inorganic particles, and the consistency of the dental curable composition is 25-55.
