Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a dermoscope, a dermoscope adapter, and an application program (app) for causing a smartphone to function as a dermoscope. [Solution] This dermoscope 100 for observing dermal tissue comprises: a smartphone 110 that includes a camera 111 and a photoflash 107, can communicate, and can issue a command through a graphical user interface displayed on a liquid crystal screen; and a case 101 that accommodates the smartphone 110 and includes a base member 103 fixed to the opposite side to the liquid crystal screen through which the smartphone 110 is operated. The camera 111 takes a photograph through a first polarizing filter 106. The base member 103 holds, in a movable manner, a second polarizing filter 108 for polarizing the polarization state of LED light emitted from the photoflash 107.
