Abstract:
The present application discloses a design method and apparatus for an automated fiber placement tool, a device, and a storage medium. First, a structural form of a fiber placement tool is determined, and the fiber placement tool is converted into an equivalent beam structure according to the structural form; a load distribution condition and a cross-sectional dimension of the equivalent beam structure are determined in combination with the dimension of the fiber placement tool; finally, a deformation range of the fiber placement tool is calculated in combination with the load distribution and a deformation curve function of the equivalent beam structure, and whether the deformation amount of the fiber placement tool meets requirements is determined in combination with a determination criterion. In the present application, the fiber placement tool is converted into an equivalent beam structure having a relatively simple structure, and then, deformation of the fiber placement tool is reflected by means of stress analysis and deformation analysis of the equivalent beam structure; thus, calculation can be performed simply by determining parameters of the fiber placement tool such as the structural form, the load distribution, and the cross-sectional dimension, thereby simplifying parameters required for deformation calculation; and therefore, after the technical solution and the critical dimension of the fiber placement tool are determined, calculation of the deformation amount is achieved before detailed design, thereby shortening a detailed design period of the fiber placement tool.
