DETACHABLE COMBINED-TYPE DRIVE KEY FOR ROTARY DRILLING RIG POWER HEAD

Disclosed is a detachable combined-type drive key for a rotary drilling rig power head, comprising a bolt I (1), a lock washer I (2), a drive sleeve (3) and a guide ring (6), wherein the guide ring (6) is fitted on a top end face of the drive sleeve (3) via a bolt II (4) and a washer (5), and the drive sleeve (3) is fixed to a rotary drilling rig power head via the bolt I (1) and the lock washer I (2); and further comprising a torque transfer key (9) and a pressuring force transfer key (10). An inner wall of the drive sleeve (3) is uniformly machined with three key slots, each key slot is equipped with a torque transfer key (9) and the pressuring force transfer key (10) is fitted on a lower end face of the drive sleeve (3). The drive sleeve (3) and the torque transfer key (9) together with the pressuring force transfer key (10) form a whole drive key with the same circular cross section. The combined-type drive key is provided with a separate torque transfer key and pressuring force transfer key, both being detachable, easy to machine, quick and easy to replace, and low in maintenance costs.
