Abstract:
A detail processing method and device for image saturation enhancement. The detail processing method for image saturation enhancement comprises: step 10, performing, in YCbCr or CIELAB color space, color enhancement processing on image original data, and with respect to a pixel i to be subjected to detail processing, obtaining the saturation Ci' of the color enhanced pixel (10); step 20, with respect to the pixel i to be subjected to detail processing, obtaining the feedback value ΔCi,USM of the pixel subjected to saturation unsharp masking processing (20); and step 30, obtaining the saturation Ci'' of the pixel subjected to detail processing, wherein C''=Ci'-ΔCi,USM (30). The saturation of some overlapped details is decomposed by fine adjusting the saturation values, and according to brightness and saturation properties, the saturation is varied differently according to surrounding varying conditions; therefore, more detailed display is achieved and more detail information is retained while image saturation is increased.
