A detection circuit and an air purification device, the detection circuit comprising: a sampling circuit which is connected in series with one of two adjacent plates; and a voltage detection circuit which is connected in parallel with the sampling circuit, wherein the voltage detection circuit is configured to detect the voltage at two ends of the sampling circuit.
