Abstract:
Disclosed is a securely fixed and easy-to-install dumbbell, comprising a fixed head and a mounting base, wherein a handle lever is provided inside the fixed head, a fixed head base is provided at one end of the fixed head, a counterweight block is provided at one end of the fixed head base, a handle sleeve is provided at one end of the counterweight block, a conical cavity is provided inside the fixed head, an internal threaded hole is provided at one end of the conical cavity, an external threaded rod is fixedly connected at one end of the fixed head base, one end of the external threaded rod is fixedly connected to a connection rod, and one end of the connection rod is fixedly connected to a conical fixed head, a flat partition board is provided inside the fixed head base, and a flat groove is provided at one end of the handle lever. The present invention enables the convenient use of the dumbbell, remarkably improves the installation convenience of the dumbbell, and is easy to use and very applicable.
