Abstract:
A detection circuit (1) of a bridge sensor (2), comprising an alternating current excitation module (11), and a signal conditioning module (12), an analog-to-digital conversion module (13), and a processing module (14) that are successively connected. The alternating current excitation module (11) is used to apply an alternating current excitation signal to the bridge sensor (2); the signal conditioning module (12) and the analog-to-digital conversion module (13) are used to successively process an output signal of the bridge sensor (2); and the processing module (14) is used to demodulate the processed output signal, and obtain detection information of the bridge sensor (2) according to the demodulated output signal. Further disclosed are a chip and detection system comprising the detection circuit (1). The detection circuit (1) may greatly suppress the white noise of the system and improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the system, thereby improving the detection performance of the bridge sensor (2).
