Abstract:
A detection circuit 20 is provided with: a first detection unit 21 having a first input unit 21AA to which the voltage of a power storage element 12 is inputted; and a second detection unit 22 to which the voltage across both terminals of a shunt resistance 13 connected in series to the power storage element 12 is inputted, the second detection unit 22 detecting the electric current of the shunt resistance 13 on the basis of the voltage across both end parts of the shunt resistance 13; the first detection unit 21 having a second input unit 21B to which the voltage of the terminal of the shunt resistance 13 on the reverse side thereof from the power storage element 12 side is inputted, and the electric current of the shunt resistance 13 being detected on the basis of the input voltage of the first input unit 21AA and the input voltage of the second input unit 21B.
