Abstract:
An examination kit has: a flow channel (2) for transporting a liquid sample from one end side to the other end side, the flow channel (2) being provided on a substrate formed from a resin; a solid-phase part (50) in which antibodies are solid-phased, the solid-phase part (50) being provided on the other-end side of the flow channel (2); a detection part (dual electrode (20)) for detecting a reaction of the liquid sample to the antibodies, an electrode part being provided to the detection part; and a microrelief structure having a plurality of projections formed integrally with the flow channel (2), the microrelief structure having a first microstructure region (31) in which the plurality of projections are relatively coarsely provided, and a second microstructure region (32) in which the plurality of projections are relatively densely provided, and the first microstructure region (31) and the second microstructure region (32) being provided further toward the one-end side of the flow channel (2) than the solid-phase part (50).
