Abstract:
A detection device (100) for detecting the appearance quality of workpieces (200), the detection device (100) comprising a base (10), a conveying mechanism (20), two detection mechanisms (30) and a turnover mechanism (40); the conveying mechanism (20) can convey a workpiece (200) to the two detection mechanisms (30) and the turnover mechanism (40) or take the workpiece (200) out from the two detection mechanisms (30) and the turnover mechanism (40); each detection mechanism (30) is used for detecting the appearance quality of the workpiece (200); the turnover mechanism (40) comprises a turnover frame (42), two fixing assemblies (43) and a turnover drive member (44); each fixing assembly (43) comprises a fixed drive member (431), a fixing member (432) and at least one attraction member (433); the fixed drive member (431) of each fixing assembly (43) can drive the respective fixing member (432) to move so as to drive at least one of the attraction members (433) of the two fixing assemblies (43) to approach each other and attract the workpiece (200); the turnover drive member (44) is connected to the turnover frame (42) and can drive the turnover frame (42) to rotate; the fixed drive member (431) of each fixing assembly (43) can drive the fixing member (432) to move so as to drive at least one of the attraction members of the two fixing assemblies (43) away from each other and release the workpiece (200). The detection device (100) above can detect the appearance quality of a plurality of surfaces of the workpiece (200), realizing automated detection and improving the detection efficiency.
